If any refunds are approved, the refund will be credited within 5 to 7 business days on your original payment method.

Refund Process

If you do not receive your class attendance details after payment, please follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@IndoreElectricals.in within 7 days of your purchase.
  2. Provide your order details, including the email address used for the purchase and the transaction ID.
  3. Our support team will verify your claim and, if eligible, process the refund within 4 working days.

Refund Method

All refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

Subscriptions and Trials

We offer subscription plans on selected courses that include trial periods of 1 day or 2 days. These trial plans are designed to give you a brief experience of our live sessions.

After completing the trial period, you can choose to subscribe to our extended plans, such as 7-day or 1-month live session courses. Subscription fees are mentioned on our website and must be paid in advance to access these plans.
